Return & Refund

At BumBuddy, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy that allows you to request a return within 60 days of receiving your item. This policy explains the conditions and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. The product must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

To start a return request, you must contact us at support@bumbuddy.store. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Items returned without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom or personalized products, and personal care items such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending the product back.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify, the product must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bumbuddy.store.
