At BumBuddy, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you make a purchase through our store.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and may vary based on location, customs procedures, or carrier delays.
Orders shipped to the United States generally arrive within 5–10 business days. Orders shipped to Canada typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Deliveries to the United Kingdom usually take 7–12 business days. Orders shipped to Australia and New Zealand normally arrive within 7–12 business days. Other international orders generally arrive within 7–15 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and shipping method selected. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders or regions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to follow your shipment in real time.
Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to become active and update after your order has been dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to update the address before the order is shipped.
